Community submissions
We collect the submitter email, relationship to the listing, listing facts, source URL, free explanation, consent timestamp, and review status. Approved factual listing information and source links may become public; the submitter email does not.
Sponsor inquiries
We collect name, email, organization, market, model interest, notes, and consent timestamp to evaluate and respond to the inquiry.
Storage and use
The data is stored in a NearMeFree-specific Cloudflare D1 database controlled by QNTx Labs, LLC. It is used for moderation, verification, corrections, pilot research, and sponsor conversations. It is not mixed with client data or sold as a contact list.
Do not submit private data
Use authoritative public event/resource links. Do not submit private participant lists, health information, information about children, login-protected material, or content you do not have the right to share.
Deletion and corrections
Request deletion or correction at privacy@qntxlabs.com. Public listing corrections can also use the submission form.
Future automation
Any future scraping or feed ingestion must follow the public sourcing methodology, source permissions, and retention requirements. This notice does not authorize indiscriminate collection.
